Four years ago, we started out with the aim of developing a hay crane that not only meets our customers’ expectations, but exceeds them. With careful analysis of the changing agricultural landscape and increasing demands on agricultural technology, we have found the perfect solution: Our new C-series. It combines speed, power, comfort and reliability – characteristics that are indispensable in professional hay farms. Intensive testing and state-of-the-art simulation technologies guarantee that our hay cranes can withstand even the highest demands. The newly developed 5-edge boom system is up to 60% faster than the previous M-series model. Thanks to the reduced telescopic resistance, the boom system moves more smoothly and faster than ever before.
The innovative rope guide enables smoother telescoping thanks to the synchronous mode of operation, while the ropes are protected inside the boom.
The reinforced lifting triangle delivers up to 10% more lifting force in the main working area of the crane compared to the previous series.

The new cab offers an extremely comfortable workplace. In addition to improved sound insulation, the main focus was placed on optimizing the field of vision - a clear view downwards!
Automatic air conditioning with a cooled cup holder as well as storage and safety packages are optional.
We understand the importance of the hay crane as the central machine on a hay farm. For this reason, all components have undergone extensive stress tests during development to ensure reliable use over many years.

Thanks to the gear rim system, the compact slewing gear has a far better holding torque than conventional pin rotators and up to 52% more torque than a 5.5 t rotator. This means that rotated loads remain securely in place.
However, the compact slewing gear shows its greatest strength in the toggle system version.
The toggle lever gives the compact slewing gear a significantly higher and more constant lifting torque.

Powerful engines form the foundation of the new C-series. This enables the new hay crane series to develop its full potential in terms of power and speed.
Thanks to the high performance, C-crane drivers work faster, more efficiently and more safely.
By intelligently adjusting the lifting triangle in the main working area, it was possible to increase the crane's lifting capacity by 10%.
This creates additional energy resources for daily work.
At the same time, the maximum load on the building does not increase. Bracket loads therefore remain unchanged

Preparation of detailed technical drawings and specifications. Selection of materials, design of mechanical parts and integration of electrical and hydraulic systems.
Load tests in the design software. Construction and testing of the first prototypes.
Testing the performance and functionality of the hay crane under real conditions. Tests for load capacity, stability, ease of use and safety. Identification of weak points and collection of practical data.
Optimization and renewed prototyping based on test results and feedback. After successful completion of all tests and specifications, handover to series production.
