Because torque alone is not enough for us.
From model series D2 onwards, the oil flow of the LASCO cone splitter is optimized for the carriers used.
DISTRIBUTOR BLOCK
(oil flow in parallel)
The oil flow is switched in parallel in the distributor block. The splitting performance is always equally fast and strong. This variant is particularly gentle on the engine with high liter capacities of the carrier device used.
VENTILBLOCK (oil flow serial & parallel)
The valve block offers maximum splitting speed even with low liter capacities of the carrier device. For this purpose, the splitting process starts in fast gear (oil flow switched in series). At high loads, the valve block switches to parallel operation. The valve block can therefore switch the oil flow in series as well as in parallel.

In connection with the centric blower of our Chippertrucks, we needed a lightweight, very powerful splitter that could also be stowed away easily on the truck due to the limited space available. The combination of JENZ Chippertruck with centric blower and powerful LASCO cone splitter considerably increases the machine's range of use and represents a highly flexible overall package.

Our customers appreciate the combination of highway approval and high off-road capability of our Diamant 2000 wood chipper, as this reduces set-up times. The flexible adjustment of the wood chip size is a further advantage. The LASCO cone splitter has established itself as an important tool. Oversized logs are simply pre-split with the splitter.

The LASCO log splitter is ideal for chopping oversized timber to a size that allows a work order for a HEIZOHACK wood chipper to be completed in full. The diameter of the wood does not matter. The wood chipper can continue to be operated while working with the LASCO cone splitter, as the feed flap does not need to be lifted for the splitting process. This saves costs and reduces the machine's idle time.
