LASCO sells old company site in Lochen and plans further expansion
“Alea iacta est” – the die is cast. Since the successful construction of the new company headquarters in Pöndorf in 2016 and the first structural expansion in 2018, it was clear that LASCO would shape its future in Pöndorf.
For this reason, the owner family has now jointly decided to sell the old company location in Lochen. The future use of the property in Lochen will continue to comply with the zoning and official requirements.

All signs point to expansion at LASCO. For 2020, the company is reporting its highest turnover to date in the company’s history, defying the challenging coronavirus year.
The export ratio has increased by a further 10% in the past three years and a new record number of employees has been reached. The initial sales forecasts for 2021 also paint an extremely positive picture.
In the near future, LASCO intends to expand the company premises in Pöndorf in a third construction phase. The reason for this measure is, on the one hand, the strong growth and, on the other hand, the company’s overall concept is to increase the in-house production quota in order to be able to react more flexibly to customer requirements and thus be even more competitive.
Company founder Hans Landrichinger retires from LASCO.

The start of a new chapter for the company also marks the end of a special era. Johann Landrichinger Sr, founder of LASCO, announced his retirement from LASCO in February. Johann Landrichinger founded the company in 1987 and handed it over to his two sons in 2012, who have been running it very successfully ever since.
